Monadelphous seek Piping Supervisors to join our Engineering Construction Division, working on one of our major oil & gas projects on a FIFO 2:1 roster. This role will include opportunity to work on night shift with a generous salary package and night shift allowances.
We are offering this position for candidates across Australia, with point of hire flights paid from any capital city.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical direction to the trades teams
* Supervise and coordinate Piping works on site.
* Lead and mentor trades, contractors, and trade assistants.
* Plan daily activities, allocate resources, and monitor productivity.
* Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and project specifications.
* Liaise with project teams and clients to ensure project objectives are achieved.
What you'll bring
* Minimum 5+ years' experience in the oil & gas industry in Piping Supervisory role, ideally working for similar construction contractors on multi-disciplinary scopes of work.
* LNG Construction project experience in Australia, managing Piping scope.
* Trade qualification relevant to piping or higher qualification
* Proof of right to work in Australia. Strong understanding and working knowledge of Australian HSE legislation and industry standards
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
