Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced residential construction professional to join our Project Planning team at our office in Mt Waverley.


About Your New Career

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for partnering with customers on their journey of building a Henley home tailored to their needs. You will utilize your customer-centric and workflow administration skills to deliver a seamless new build experience for both internal and external customers.

You will play a pivotal role in supporting customers through their complex and emotional building journey, coordinating processes internally and externally to ensure a smooth experience. This includes managing back-end components so customers can navigate the process with ease.


About You

We are looking for individuals who approach work collaboratively, build strong relationships, and prioritize delivering exceptional customer experiences. You should be organized, adaptable, and skilled at managing time effectively.
