Blueprint is passionate about delivering exceptional learning experiences, and we’re looking for a dedicated and energetic Hospitality Team Leader to join our team full-time.
About the Role
As the Hospitality Team Leader, you will oversee and support our hospitality trainers and assessors, ensuring delivery excellence across our programs. You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance, motivating the team, liaising with school coordinators, and building strong industry connections to support learners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support the hospitality training team
- Ensure high standards of compliance and quality in training delivery
- Coordinate training schedules and allocate resources effectively
- Delivery of training in line with qualifications
- Conduct assessment of RPL applications
- Plan and facilitate regular Team and Post Validation meetings
- Maintain industry currency and actively participate in professional development
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching where needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and clients
- Contribute to program improvement and innovation in hospitality training

- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Capacity to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to change
- Ability to make prompt, well-informed decisions
- Proactive in creative problem solving
- Current industry experience
Required Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122), or higher qualification in adult education
- Certificate III in Hospitality or higher
- Tourism, and RSA and/or RSG certification vocational qualifications is desired but not mandatory
- Certificate IV or SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management (or higher), or any other diploma level or higher qualification from the SIT Training Package
Mandatory Requirements
- Clear Queensland Police Check – or ability to obtain
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check) – or ability to obtain
- Current driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel when required
