About the Position
This permanent, full-time role involves leading and delivering high-quality environmental consulting projects. Responsibilities include:
- Managing large projects – from proposals and budgets to invoicing and successful delivery.
- Acting as the primary client contact, developing strong relationships, and ensuring Resolve’s standards of excellence are met.
- Coordinating and overseeing fieldwork programs, ensuring teams are fully prepared and supported.
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff in fieldwork, report writing, and proposal development.
- Guiding Project Managers and Environmental Scientists to achieve project outcomes.
- Coordinating sub-contractors for environmental assessment activities (e.g., drillers, service locators)
About You
You’re a skilled professional who thrives in collaborative environments, with a proven ability to deliver quality outcomes on time and within budget. You’re as committed to building relationships as you are to solving problems and driving results.
Key skills and attributes:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management and client relationship skills
- Sound knowledge of health and safety requirements
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant work experience (ideally in consulting)
