Your Duties and Responsibilities
* End-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent, high-value CAPEX projects across scope, cost, schedule, and quality and compliance
* Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
* Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and reporting frameworks
* Managing risk, governance, compliance, and safety obligations
* Providing clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders
* Ensuring adherence to stringent regulatory and operational standards
About You
We are seeking a high-performing, detail-oriented Project Manager with proven experience delivering complex projects in highly regulated environments.
Mandatory Requirements
* Australian Citizenship is essential
* Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a National Security Clearance
* Tertiary qualification in engineering, science, or a related discipline
* Strong capability in risk management, governance, and compliance frameworks
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and technical communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and complex interdependencies simultaneously
* Demonstrated experience and knowledge of PMBOK framework
* Experience in regulated environments (e.g. TGA, ARPANSA or similar) highly regarded
* Experience overseeing project initiatives across science, engineering, research and natural resources
Please note this is a 2-year maximum-term contract position, which provides employment entitlements for the duration of the contract, including annual leave, personal leave, and paid public holidays.
