Responsibilities
* Welcoming members and visitors
* Enrolments and updating class lists [basic computer skills required]
* Maintaining a tidy and pleasing environment [bins, dishes, watering]
* Moving tables and chairs for classroom set-up [physically able]
* Some shopping for tea/coffee/milk/biscuits and other small items
* Maintain confidentiality
* Other tasks as required, on a daily basis
Commitment
* Regular - more than 6 months
Time Required
* 3-4 hours, once a week, on a weekday - 9 am -12 pm, 12 pm- 3 pm. Time can be adjusted if required. Induction will be arranged at a convenient time.
Training
Training includes using web-based administration software, and daily organisation of classrooms and kitchen areas., first-aid kit, defibrillator, fire exits, fire extinguisher
