The Role
You'll be the driving force behind a smooth-running café great coffee, great service, and a team that's proud of what they do.
* Keep daily operations running seamlessly
* Lead, train, and inspire a team that cares deeply about quality and hospitality
* Share your coffee knowledge and set the standard on the bar
* Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Bring fresh ideas to keep the café buzzing and the community engaged
* Uphold our high standards across quality, food safety, and cleanliness
About You
* You've managed a café or fast-paced hospitality venue and genuinely love the craft
* Barista experience (especially head barista) is a big plus
* You're a natural people person welcoming, approachable, and respected by your team
* You're passionate about specialty coffee and enjoy talking beans, brews, and flavour profiles
* You're organised, dependable, and thrive under pressure
* You lead from the front, rolling up your sleeves and supporting your team every step of the way
