The Opportunity
We're looking for an Occupational Therapist / Lymphoedema Therapist to join our friendly and collaborative team.
This role is highly flexible – you can choose:
* Permanent, part-time, casual or contracting
* Your preferred days and hours
* A caseload aligned to your interests and strengths
If you have a special interest area (including lymphoedema), we'll actively support you to build your caseload around it.
What You'll Be Doing
* Completing functional assessments and identifying client goals
* Developing and delivering individualised, evidence-based intervention plans
* Supporting clients to improve independence, daily living skills and quality of life
* Working collaboratively with clients, families and other health professionals
* Managing clinical documentation and contributing to best-practice service delivery
* Participating in supervision, professional development and team collaboration
About You
We'd love to hear from you if you:
* Hold a Degree in Occupational Therapy
* Are AHPRA registered (or eligible)
* Are a new graduate or have 6+ months experience (community or rehab experience preferred)
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Are confident (or keen to learn) working across funding streams such as NDIS, My Aged Care, DVA, Medicare, WorkCover & Private
* Enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive team
* Hold a current driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle
* Have (or are willing to obtain) an NDIS Worker Screening Check
