About the Role
As part of our clinical team, you'll deliver safe, contemporary, and compassionate care while providing leadership and support to your colleagues. Key responsibilities include:
* Providing competent and person-centred clinical care
* Leading and mentoring team members
* Maintaining accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation
About You
We're looking for passionate, dedicated Registered Nurses who share our commitment to excellence. To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Minimum of 2 years' experience in aged care (experience in other clinical settings will be considered)
* Availability to work overnight shifts
* Strong leadership, organisational, and multi-tasking skills
* A demonstrated commitment to quality care and ongoing professional development
* Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
* Influenza vaccination (preferred)
