We’re opening the doors to an exciting New Mexican-inspired restaurant, and we’re looking for a talented, passionate Chef to help bring bold flavours and authentic dishes to life.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves working with fresh ingredients, understands the soul of New Mexican cuisine, and takes pride in creating food that tells a story.
What you’ll be doing:
* Preparing and cooking New Mexican–inspired dishes, including house-made sauces, chiles, and traditional favourites
* Contributing to daily specials
* Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
* Managing kitchen prep, cleanliness, and food safety
* Working closely with the team to create a great guest experience
What we’re looking for:
* Experience as a Chef or strong background in a professional kitchen
* Creativity, reliability, and a strong work ethic
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Team player with a positive attitude
