The role: Early Childhood TeacherAs an Early Childhood Teacher you will:Set learning goals with children, families and colleagues that provide achievable challenges for every child.Role-model educational practices for other educators aligned with the Reggio Emilia approach.Support educators to enable children to develop a strong sense of identity, wellbeing, confidence and their connection to the world.Design educational, diverse and engaging learning environments that spark curiosity and wonder.
What you'll bringTo succeed in this role you are a passionate educator with a love of learning and hold:Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent).
Current Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate.Alignment to the educational philosophy of Reggio Emilia.Valid Teacher Registration.
