Accountabilities

* Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing strategic enterprise opportunities.
* Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiations, contracting, and close.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-level and technical executives.
* Develop outbound prospecting strategies through networking, referrals, targeted outreach, and account-based initiatives.
* Convert selected inbound opportunities into qualified pipeline and revenue outcomes.
* Deliver consultative sales engagements focused on customer pain points, business outcomes, and long-term value creation.
* Lead presentations, demos, proof-of-concepts, proposals, and commercial discussions with multiple stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline hygiene, CRM data, and revenue reporting for leadership visibility.
* Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and engineering teams to align messaging and support deal progression.
* Contribute to go-to-market strategy, mentor peers, and help strengthen sales processes and organizational capability.

Requirements

* 7+ years of enterprise sales experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder, high-value outbound deals through full close cycles.
* Proven track record of consistently exceeding quota in fast-paced and competitive sales environments.
* Strong experience selling SaaS or software solutions to enterprise customers.
* Background selling into telecommunications, OSS/BSS, or related technology ecosystems is highly preferred.
* Experience engaging technical and executive buyers such as CTOs, CIOs, and senior operations leaders.
* Strong commercial acumen with expertise in negotiation, pipeline management, forecasting, and account strategy.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence across virtual and in-person settings.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership, resilience, and the ability to work independently in remote environments.
* Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and long sales cycles effectively.
* Coachable, adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to grow within a high-performance team culture.
