Job Description
The role of the Cinema Duty Manager is a senior position that involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of a cinema complex.
This includes ensuring customer service to the highest possible standard, performing all duties associated with the day-to-day operation of a cinema complex, and assuming responsibility for the administration of the cinema.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Supervising employees at various levels
* Assisting with training employees
* Responsibility for the projection area and on-screen presentation
* Operating the cinema location and adhering to procedures
* Maintaining exceptional customer service across all departments
* Awareness of WHS procedures and safe work practices
* Supporting business revenue streams in cinema departments
* Understanding quality control techniques across cinema locations
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a current Cinema Worker Level 4 qualification with detailed supervisory experience, as well as retail, food and beverage, and cash handling experience.
They will also hold a First Aid Certificate and RSA certification.
