* Lead, mentor, and inspire a dedicated team to achieve excellence in education and care
* Oversee enrolments, compliance requirements, and daily operations with precision and attention to detail

* Establish strong partnerships with families and the community, fostering a culture of collaboration and mutual respect
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in senior leadership or educational management within Early Childhood Education
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved) or higher qualification
