About the role
Based predominantly in the Barossa region (3 days per week) and reporting to the General Manager Global Sales, you will provide Commercial and Sales support across emerging markets, global travel retail, tender management, and agency relationships, playing a key role in driving brand performance and growth.
Key responsibilities
Support the annual planning process, including reporting and performance strategies for emerging markets and global travel retail.
Own sales performance for designated emerging markets, ensuring accurate forecasting, demand planning, and internal reporting.
Administer pricing, A&P budgets, and sales forecasts to support commercial objectives.
Coordinate in-market activities such as promotions, events, winemaker visits, PR, and trade engagement.
Monitor competitor and market activity, providing insights to shape sales initiatives and brand growth.
Provide commercial support to the Global Sales team, including tender submissions and ongoing forecasting inputs.
Maintain up-to-date product platforms in alignment with brand and sales expectations.
Manage distributor onboarding, existing distributor relationships, and act as lead contact for designated agency partners.
About you
A background in liquor, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, or a similar sector will be highly regarded, bringing valuable industry knowledge and insight to this role.
You are a motivated professional with proven experience engaging multiple internal and external stakeholders.
You bring excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, and confidently exercise sound judgment to take initiative when needed.
Adaptable and collaborative, you work effectively both independently and within a team, with strong organisational skills that allow you to prioritise and deliver under tight deadlines.
