As a Project Manager at Civica, you will lead and manage multiple ERP module deployment projects, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. You will develop detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation to drive program goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple ERP module deployment projects concurrently, ensuring alignment with program objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans outlining timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget considerations.
- Oversee execution of individual projects within the program and manage interdependencies to achieve successful outcomes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders; facilitate regular communications and meetings; manage stakeholder expectations; ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain program documentation, including plans and reports, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
- Provide regular program status reports to senior management and stakeholders; utilise project management tools to track progress and performance.
- Demonstrate client-facing excellence and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and delivery models.
Qualifications
- Experience planning, managing, implementing and deploying complex projects concurrently; PMP or equivalent certification is preferred or required for consideration.
- Ability to navigate complex projects, delivering programs on time and within allocated resources.
- Strong focus on innovation and operational efficiency aligned with organisational objectives.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to provide regular updates and maintain client satisfaction.
- Experience preparing and delivering regular program status reports and maintaining comprehensive program documentation.
- Proficient with a variety of project management tools.
- Bachelors degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
