About the Role

Our team is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the delivery of top-tier facilities management to a national retail landlord with centers across Australia. You will work closely with clients, tenants, and tenant representatives to ensure exceptional client service and foster strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct weekly presentation inspections for all assets and monthly property inspections to ensure compliance and sustainability targets are met.
">
* Procure services to meet technical, risk, and statutory requirements within budget and manage essential services including air conditioning, lifts, and fire safety.
">
* Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and build strong relationships with clients, tenants, and tenant representatives.

Requirements:
">
To be successful in this role, you will need 2+ years of experience in commercial, retail, or industrial facilities/property industries, preferably with a building trade background. Proven success in a similar role or industry is essential, along with effective communication skills, the ability to analyze and resolve basic issues, and proactive initiative.
