**Job Opportunity:** We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Trainer/Assessor. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality training and support to students, fostering motivation and success.


In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with course coordinators to design, refine, and evaluate course materials, ensuring ongoing improvement. You will adhere strictly to standards and regulations set forth by regulatory bodies, creating an environment conducive to effective learning and student achievement.


Your responsibilities will include:



* Providing academic and administrative support on a quarterly basis to the Curriculum Development team for developing curriculum resources

* Uploading evidence in our knowledge hub for ongoing industry currency, clinical placement activities, and professional development undertaken monthly

* Submitting monthly reports on measures taken to engage students during the session through creative activities and programs to deliver qualitative learning experiences

* Submitting monthly reports on assessment markings done in accordance with health careers policy and procedure, and providing constructive feedback on assessments completed to encourage students and support progression

* Providing monthly reports on student satisfaction surveys conducted, ensuring the satisfaction rate is maintained at a minimum 75%

* Providing monthly reports on feedback collected from facilities required by HC policy and procedure and submitting it in Knowledge Hub

* Providing a monthly report on support activities provided for students with learning difficulties and special needs to ensure they complete the course adequately

* Attending monthly RTO and educators' meetings

* Developing two new methodologies annually to enhance program delivery



Required Skills and Qualifications:



* Vocational competencies at least to the level of qualifications delivered

* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE)

* Must have evidence of recent VET and industry PD activities

* In-depth understanding of ASQA regulatory guidelines and standards (highly desirable)
