Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the finance operations across South Africa, New Zealand, and Australia. This is a remote role with occasional travel required for onboarding, training, and key operational cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative support to the ANZ team
* Invoicing, accounts payable, and bank reconciliations
* Month-end tasks and financial reporting
* General accounting and administrative duties
* ATO submissions and correspondence
* Travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics
* Maintain commercial and office documentation
* Recruitment administration and candidate communication
