Job Description
At Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour, we are looking for a Night Auditor to join our Front Office team on a full-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for hospitality.
* Assist the Night Manager in balancing daily transactions and preparing overnight reports.
* Ensure guest accounts are accurate and provide helpful, clear information.
* Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the night.
* Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
* Follow the Night Audit checklist to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
* Experience in a similar role (essential).
* Proficiency in Excel and Opera Cloud.
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures.
* A guest-centric mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule.
