REAL ESTATE - RECEPTION - ADMINISTRATION - PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT
The position available will suit someone looking to expand their skills and start on a career path. Our new team member will be responsible for office reception duties, administration and will work closely to assist our senior property manager.
Office hours are 8.30 am to 4 pm with no weekend work required.
You will need:
* Current Queensland driver's licence
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Be well organised, pay attention to detail and be able to multi-task
Responsibilities include:
* General reception/administration and property management duties
* Assist property manager to deliver a high quality service
* Internet and social media marketing
* Sales administration including preparing listing forms and contracts
Hours/Remuneration:
* No after hours and no weekends
* Above award wage
