Job Description:
This is a permanent, full-time role responsible for delivering technical support services to staff members across various departments.

A Diploma level qualification in Information Systems or a related field and relevant industry experience are essential requirements for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide IT assistance to staff through face-to-face, phone, and remote support
* Contribute to the configuration, functionality, and improvement of Support Desk Tools
* Administer Council's corporate computer system to meet user needs
* Maintain LAN & WAN environments to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
