About the Role
As the People and Culture Advisor – Systems, you'll play a key role in optimising and maintaining our P&C systems to support effective people management and data-driven decision-making. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you'll ensure our P&C technology is efficient, accurate, and aligned with organisational needs.
Your day-to-day will involve managing P&C data integrity, supporting system upgrades and integrations, producing workforce reports and analytics, and enhancing user experience for our people leaders and employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and administer P&C information systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Develop and deliver P&C reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
* Support system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting in collaboration with IT and external vendors.
* Provide training, guidance, and user support to ensure system adoption and capability across the organisation.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects within the P&C team.
* Assist with P&C policy, procedure and compliance updates where they relate to systems and data.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll bring:
* Experience in HRIS systems administration (e.g., Chris21, SAP, Workday, or similar).
* Proven attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.
* Understanding of P&C processes and employment lifecycle principles.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and service excellence.
