About the Opportunity
Provide safe, compassionate, person-centred nursing care in collaboration with patients, their families and carers, as well as the multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.
The MLHD GradStart Registered Nurse program is offered to recently Registered Nurse graduates.
The purpose of the program is to provide clinical and professional support as the Registered Nurse transitions from an undergraduate student into the workforce.
The transition process is essential for the consolidation of theoretical studies and clinical skills.
The GradStart RN program is conducted over a 12-month period and contracts are 54 weeks long.
The program can be completed on a full-time or part-time basis (minimum of 0.84 FTE).
