Role Overview

Serve as a dynamic Senior Human Resource Business Partner (SHRBP) at Rockhampton Regional Council, working closely with senior leadership and employees to align HR initiatives with the organisation's goals.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
* Provide expert advice on organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
* Act as a trusted advisor on complex employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies & procedures.
* Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform data-driven decisions.
* Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention through passion, positivity, and collaborative leadership.

* Demonstrate your proficiency in using HR metrics and data to inform decisions.
