We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team in Charleville, Queensland.
In this role, you will work with clients from early childhood to senior adults, providing high-quality psychological assessments and interventions. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the mental health and well-being of individuals in a rural-remote community.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children and adults.
* Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients with various psychological issues.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care.
* Provide consultation and training to other professionals and community groups.
* Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical standards.
* Participate in regular supervision and continuing professional development activities.
Requirements:
* Current registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
* Evidence of ongoing compliance with annual CPD requirements.
* Proven experience working with both children and adults in a clinical setting.
* Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.
