We’re chasing Junior Techs, Technicians and Senior Techs to join our team working on big civil and renewable energy projects in regional NSW. Work away on a rotating FIFO/DIDO roster, do real hands-on work in lab and field testing, and earn strong money while building a long-term career.

Roles And Pay
Junior Technicians - $28-$32/hr + penalties
Ideal for people keen to crack into the construction industry. No experience needed — we’ll train you up and set you on a solid career path.
Technicians - $32-$38/hr + penalties
You’ve done at least 2 years in CMT, hold Cert 3 in Lab Techniques or higher and can run a range of test methods competently.
Senior Technicians - 38-45 ph + penalties.
This role is suited to for someone with at least 3 years CMT Expereince, obtained minimum AQF4 and has been deemed competent in a wide variety of test methods. Experience in calibrations, ISO17025/9001 compliance and ability to train / mentor junior staff is mandatory. You will be supported by a dedicated Lab Manager and Project Team, but expected to take site-level ownership for testing schedules, communication, and quality compliance.
