Job Description
* Planning and co-ordination of components, subcontractor finished goods/ semi finished goods, packing material.
* Primary point of contact for external sub-contractors regarding all planning related matters.
* Ensure supply vs demand capacity at internal production (component source) and storage facilities (EDC) and external converters (sub-contractors), aligned with SNP rules, processes and targets and with ethics, GFS and compliance requirements.
* Master data set up and maintenance.
* Provide management reports and analysis on a regular basis.
* Plan and lead telephone meetings for production planning with external suppliers and internal partners.
* Extensive collaboration with external suppliers, 3M Customer Service, Sourcing, Marketing and Supply Chain Organization and MSC stakeholders.
* Coordinating/troubleshooting planning related system transaction issues.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or above.
* Minimum 2 years relevant work experience.
* Proficiency in digital tools: Excel in data processing and reporting and analysis, PowerPoint, Power BI and a plus if able to do Power Automate and R Programming.
* Positive communication and coordination capabilities.
* Prioritization, act with urgency.
* Meticulous and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities to meet tight timelines and targets.
* Robust analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
* Additional duties and responsibilities will be required on top of standard work based on organization needs.
* SAP ERP system (ECC Module).
