SSP Australia is a well-established and successful global business, operating Food and Beverage outlets across Australian Airports.
We currently looking for Cafe Attendants / Food & Beverage Attendants, to join our team at Townsville Airport. Our Townsville team operate across three venues to deliver exceptional experiences across our three venues.
* Maggies Cafe
* The Bar
* Castle Hill Cafe
About the role
Our Cafe & Bar staff are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our customers. Duties include POS operations, table service, barista and bar duties. Due to our multi-venue site, all Cafe and Bar staff are expected to work across all restaurants and work toward meeting each restaurant's KPIs.
Who are we looking for?
* A lively personality, positive attitude, passion for customer service & attention to detail.
* Point of sale, and hospitality experience. High turnover bar and barista experience will be highly regarded.
* Strong personal communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task.
* QLD RSA certified or willing to obtain.
* Ability to ensure consistent, high-quality service and customer interaction.
* Be aware of restaurant targets and strive to achieve them as part of the team.
* Possess a valid Australian Driver's License or Australian issued identification card (Proof of Age) with access to reliable transportation.
