About the Team:

Key Responsibilities:
* Full ownership of Retail Marketing Expense forecasting (understanding the implications of these expenses on cash flow and profitability).
* Assist in auditing of forecasted marketing and rebate expenses against actual invoiced expenses
* Assist in commercial viability checks of retailers based on forecasted sales, order volumes, rebates and marketing expenses
* Responsibility for reduction in miscellaneous retail costs
* Identification, negotiation and communication of pricing in retail contracts
* Collaboration with the commercial team on pricing, discounting and rebate negotiation to maximise profitability.
* Miscellaneous project management (end to end). Assist to build and implement systems/processes to support efficient execution of retail/distribution projects.
* Liaise with all teams across the business to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects
* Aid key stakeholders with information and optimised tools to achieve functional excellence between the key back end pillars; Supply Chain, Retail Product and General Operations.
* Keeping an eye on order frequency of retailers/distributors (what things we need to do to continue to spike sales, e.g. optimise their range, more effective discounts for that retailer/region/range, optimise space)
