We are looking for someone with customer servise and visual merchandising experience for this position in our Surfers Paradise store. We are offering long term Casual roles. The applicant must be able to handle multi tasks and work efficiently.
About the Roll of the Retail Shop Assistant:
- Put stocks on shelves/ Stock merchandising/ Stock displaying/ styling
- Serving customer in person and on the phone with proper manners
- Inflating balloons, assembling Balloon Arrangements – training can be provided
- Assist customers to place balloon orders and give customer suggestions on balloon design and arrangment
- Assist picking and packing online orders
- Deliver balloons to customer by driving our AUTO company Van
- Cleaning the store (back & front)
- Be an expert on our products allowing you to make the best suggestions for the customer.
Job Requirements.
- Be able to travel to work at Surfers Paradise
- Driver license (MUST)
- Previouse management experiense
- Previous visual merchandising and customer service experience preferred
- Previouse Balloon shop experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and in the team
- Quick learner and work efficiently
