About the Role
We're seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with senior leaders and drive RSM's technology strategy forward. This is a high-impact role focused on project work, including:
* Building and running automation solutions
* Leading AI and automation projects
* Playing a key role in AI Bootcamps - an initiative that earned RSM an AFR award
You'll be at the center of business workflow discussions, translating needs into actionable development plans, and ensuring successful delivery of complex, high-value projects.
What You'll Do
* Engage with senior stakeholders to identify business improvements and technology opportunities
* Translate business needs into actionable insights and solutions
* Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, driving adoption and value
* Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development
* Collaborate with program managers to implement innovative solutions
About you:
What We're Looking For
* Professional services experience is essential
* Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong knowledge of IT systems and business process improvement
* Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work independently and lead projects
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Information Technology
Desirable:
* Experience with Change Management and project methodologies (Agile, Six Sigma)
