Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales and gross profit targets through effective merchandise planning and visual merchandising.
* Lead, train, and support staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
* Coordinate in-store promotions, events, and displays to drive foot traffic and increase sales.
* Maintain store security, keyholder coordination, and housekeeping standards to ensure a safe and efficient shopping environment.
* Communicate effectively with suppliers to manage inventory levels, quality control, and delivery schedules.
