We are looking for an HR & Payroll System Administrator to facilitate the operational delivery of SAP organisation structure maintenance across Australia & New Zealand, ensuring professional, accurate and timely services to all CSR Building Products and Corporate business units. This is a 12‐month fixed‐term contract based at our North Ryde office.
Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain SAP organisational structures, including reporting lines, creation of new objects (positions/org units), WHSE/PRISM updates, and HR/Finance security access.
* Oversee end‐to‐end position management, ensuring accurate creation, maintenance, and closure of roles while partnering closely with Recruitment for seamless onboarding.
* Own and manage employee data to ensure accuracy and reliability for business dashboards and reporting.
* Lead HRIS setup and configuration for acquisitions, translating business requirements into technical solutions and the new business structure.
* Partner with HR to implement organisational restructures and ensure system alignment with business changes.
* Drive continuous improvement by identifying automation opportunities, enhancing processes, and building capability across HR, Payroll and Finance.
* Deliver and maintain enterprise‐wide reporting, including scheduled, periodic, statutory, audit, security and risk reports.
* Support UKG organisational structures and interface of data from SAP.
Qualifications
* Expert‐level SAP organisational structure knowledge (non‐negotiable), including org units, reporting lines, positions, and structural relationships.
* Excellent communication skills, enabling effective partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, and wider business stakeholders.
* Demonstrated high‐level operational experience with SAP HR & Payroll and UKG, with the ability to navigate, troubleshoot, and optimise both systems.
* Proficiency with the Spinifex Reporting Suite, including creating, maintaining, and interpreting custom and scheduled reports.
* Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data, configuration, and reporting.
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
