We currently have a permanent Renew Sales Manager position available within the ACT branch. Reporting to the ACT Branch Manager, you will effectively generate Repair and Renew sales from an extensive service contract portfolio. The role will require developing strong relationships with existing and potential new customers, by delivering an open, consultative, and professional sales approach.
The key responsibilities of the successful applicant will include but not be limited to:
* Collaborate with field technicians and team leaders to identify opportunities and solutions.
* Understand project specifications and technical drawings.
* Pricing, tendering, and proposing equipment repairs and upgrades.
* Develop and maintain professional relationships with the existing Strata & Facilities Management
customer base.
* Establish new business relationships and opportunities.
* Meet sales pipeline targets, focusing on deliverable outcomes.
The successful candidate will also need to possess the following skills and attributes:
* Experience within the elevator, building services, engineering, construction, or similar
industry.
* Tertiary or Trade qualifications.
* Ability to work within a team environment, as well as being self-motivated and capable of working
independently.
* Aptitude for databases and technology.
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Effective communication skills.
* A current driver's licence.
