Qualified Chef (full time or casual)
Bar Noky at the Henty is located in Mount Gambier, SA on the Limestone Coast. We are your neighbourhood Bar and Bistro and guest experience is always our priority. We offer outstanding food and beverage experiences in our new Restaurant and Bar including Conferencing and Events. Our growing family operated business includes The Commodore, Delgattie Estate and Colhurst House.
We are currently seeking a motivated and creative full-time or casual Qualified Chef for our Kitchen at Bar Noky in a supportive family operated business.
Required experience and skills
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and/or relevant experience
* Creative flair and passion for outstanding food and beverage
* A strong appreciation for quality and consistency
* Ability to work proactively within a quality team
* Strong work ethic, excellent communication and time-management
* Excellent Knowledge of Food Hygiene Procedures
