You'll be the central point of contact for backend operations, helping ensure everything runs smoothly.
The role offers plenty of variety, and while the tasks are niche, full training will be provided, so attitude and willingness to learn are key.Key responsibilities include: Providing day to day administrative support to account managers and sales representatives Assist staff with updating internal systems and portals Managing backend processes and internal customer service tasks ( no external customer service involved) Track and support workflow The Successful ApplicantWe're looking for someone who brings: Proven experience in administration Confidence using Microsoft Office Suite A proactive, can do attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to work independently Available to start on short notice Highly reliable Strong communication What's on Offer Full time role, Monday to Friday, with flexible start and finish times (between 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Brand new office in inner city suburb Collaborative and down to earth team culture Immediate start available Competitive rates + weekly pay Contract until Feb 31st 2025 then ideally transition to potential to go perm
