As a Sales Support Representative, you will make outbound calls to current Dulux account holders, connect, understand, and qualify the current customer partnership to establish growth and improvement opportunities within these accounts.
This is a 12‐month parental leave contract, with the potential to lead into ongoing sales opportunities for the right person.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead customer contact for increased understanding of Dulux Trade account holders
* Ensure outbound call completion for daily/weekly assigned requirements
* Manage and update customer key information within CRM database
* Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in resolving customer concerns and complaints

* Excellent communication skills with ability and confidence to ask open questions and seek deeper customer insights
* Strong listening skills with curious intent and empathetic approach
* Comfortable conducting entry‐level sales conversations
* Previous sales or customer service experience
