Acting as the Python Developer of the group to perform design and implementation tasks for our various Big Data platforms.
Main accountabilities Skills required
Mandatory:
· Advanced level knowledge of Python in large-scale applications.
· Data processing (ETL) pipeline development.
Highly Desirable:
· Knowledge and experience with Django web framework and ORM.
· Full-stack development experience.
· Data extraction and transformation using Pandas
· Experience with CI/CD workflows and automation tools such as Jenkins and Ansible
Nice to Have:
· Programming Languages: Scala, Java, Golang
· Hadoop Big Data technologies such as HDFS, Hive, HBase, NiFi, Spark.
· Experience with Linux system administration.
· Knowledge of telecommunications datasets and formats such as ASN.1.
· Good working knowledge with relational and non-relational database backends such as MSSQL, MySQL, Cassandra/HBase etc.
· Test automation experience
· Knowledge of working with DevOps tools such as – Bamboo, Jira, BitBucket/GitLab, SonarQube, Coverity etc.
· Angular/React framework
Experience with API development and API gateway configuration
