Main Responsibilities:
* Work sensitively and respectfully with parents, family members, and children to understand their needs and concerns.
* Develop and implement safety plans to protect children from harm.
* Collaborate with other agencies to share information and best practices.
* Manage cases and situations involving high-risk clients and their families.
* Participate in court processes, including preparing documents and attending court proceedings.
* Engage in individual and group supervision to ensure continuous professional development.

What You Need To Succeed:
* A degree in Social Work, Social Science, or Welfare, along with relevant practical experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A valid driver's license (P1 or above).
* A paid Working with Children clearance number.
