We are seeking a highly skilled retail professional to fill the role of Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and acknowledge customers in a timely manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
* Assist customers with sales enquiries and product selection, providing expert advice when required.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and effective conflict resolution.
* Contribute to visual merchandising standards by maintaining outstanding store displays and window displays.
* Assist with stock management, including stock transfers and ordering.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a retail sales consultant or team leader.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
