* Provide Level 1 IT support for teachers, students, and staff, troubleshooting issues and documenting resolutions.
* Manage multiple requests, meet service level agreements, and assist with ICT projects during school breaks.
Requirements
* Level 1 IT support experience (hardware, software & networks)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Tertiary IT qualifications (preferred)
* Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
