Role DescriptionThis full-time role as a Practice Manager and Lead Functional Consultant is a hybrid position, with a primary location in North Shore, Auckland, and some flexibility for remote work. The role involves consulting with clients to understand business needs, leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, and configuring ERP systems to align with organisational goals. Additional responsibilities include overseeing project delivery, managing teams, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and driving continuous process improvement initiatives.
QualificationsExperience in ERP Consulting with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.Skills in Business Process Analysis, Project Management, and Team Leadership.Proficiency in Functional System Configuration, Requirement Gathering, and Solution Design.Technical aptitude with an understanding of Business Application Development and System Communication, Problem-Solving, and Relationship-Building abilities.Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 are highly desirable.Familiarity with industries where ERP systems are extensively usedAlready living in New Zealand
