Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our front office team as a Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet clients and staff professionally
* Answer and transfer phone calls in a timely manner
* Take detailed messages and distribute them accordingly
* Electronically distribute faxes and mail
* Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
* Set up and prepare meeting rooms for the day
* Clean and maintain the staff kitchen
* Assist with catering, stationery and IT requirements
* General administrative duties
About You:
You will have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities. Previous reception experience in a similar environment is highly regarded.
