Position: Part Time Senior Cook – Port Macquarie Gardens site. Reporting to the Community Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality meals and exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests—while keeping food preparation areas safe, clean, and compliant.

In this Role, You'll
* Manage Food Operations: Oversee ordering, inventory, and stock control; ensure timely receival and maintain kitchen budget within approved limits.
* Deliver Quality Meals: Prepare and serve high-standard meals that meet resident expectations while minimising waste.
* Maintain Compliance: Develop menus, uphold food safety standards, and act as the site's Food Safety Supervisor.
* Ensure Cleanliness: Clean and sanitise kitchen, dining areas, equipment, and community building facilities to required standards.
* Monitor Safety & Quality: Verify critical temperature limits for food storage and service, ensuring compliance and resident satisfaction.
