Your Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance & Reliability Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities & site infrastructure at Padstow.
This critical role will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities for factory equipment, building maintenance & other site facilities.
As a key member of the Factory Leadership Team, you will be accountable for driving the site asset care program, ensuring safety compliance, and motivating the team to optimize plant reliability.
You will oversee key aspects of site maintenance, safety standards and budget to support the ongoing success of the Selleys business.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute proactive asset care strategies with your team to ensure optimum reliability.
* Ensure plant and equipment conformity with specifications, laws, regulations and safety standards.
* Lead, mentor and motivate a multi-shift internal and external trades team to foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture.
* Troubleshoot and provide hands-on support to the team in resolving breakdown repairs promptly, minimizing downtime.
* Drive continuous improvement to achieve industry best practice in maintenance and reliability.
* Manage and monitor the site maintenance budget, ensuring costs remain within financial parameters while achieving asset reliability targets.
* Liaise with managers across safety, quality, manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, and site administration regarding engineering aspects of new construction and product design.
