As a speech pathologist at Cerebral Palsy Alliance you will provide therapy for clients from early intervention with infants, through to adult clients, all with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities. You may be providing services in one-on-one or group sessions, built on a foundation of evidence based research and tailored to your client's goals. At CPA you will work closely with our occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and exercise physiologists to provide complete and coordinated care. Your day to day work with clients may include:
* Developing clearer speech and stronger communication skills, language development and literacy
* Providing assistance with eating, drinking, and swallowing, including providing advice on saliva control and nutrition
* Working with various communication aids and equipment, including high tech AAC

What We Offer?
* Salary: Clinical salaries are graded with an approximate range of $80-140k incl super. This amount includes tax free packaging; For more information on this please discuss with our recruitment team.
* Investment in YOU: receive professional development opportunities valued up to $20,000 in your first year and $10,000 each year after that.
* Relocation allowance: If you're moving for this role we offer a relocation allowance of up to $5,000, T&Cs apply

To be eligible you will need:
* Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology
* Evidence of current SPA registration.
* A current driver's license and your own vehicle
