* About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drill Maintenance Supervisor to oversee drill maintenance contractors and employees. The role involves ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of open pit drill fleets while meeting availability and cost targets.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of site-based maintenance supervisory experience or similar, be mechanical or electrical trade qualified in heavy plant or equivalent, and hold a certified or classified plant inspector appointment. They will also have a current Western Australian Class C driver's licence.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee drill maintenance contractors and employees to ensure compliance with classified plant regulations and maintain fleet KPI performance.
2. Manage daily drill operations, including contract and compliance management, maintenance planning, and reporting.
3. Coordinate maintenance schedules, track drifter hours, and ensure availability of critical spare parts.
4. Conduct pre-start meetings, inspections, and hazard identifications to ensure zero LTI incidents within the team.
5. Monitor and maintain critical spare stock levels to prevent downtime and unexpected costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of site-based maintenance supervisory experience or similar.
* Mechanical or electrical trade qualified in heavy plant or equivalent.
* Certified or classified plant inspector appointment.
* Current Western Australian Class C driver's licence.
