About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned QA Engineer to join our team in Sydney. This role is designed for a quality professional who excels in technical testing across digital platforms and complex data ecosystems. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our CMS and CRM integrations are seamless and meet the rigorous standards of the health insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Test Planning:
Lead the preparation of comprehensive Test Plans and documentation to guide the QA lifecycle.
* Technical Testing:
Perform hands-on API and SQL testing to ensure data integrity and backend stability.
* Digital Excellence:
Conduct specialized testing within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS environments.
* Automation:
Utilize automation tools—ideally Playwright—to drive efficiency and regression coverage.
* CRM & Systems:
Validate functional workflows within Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms).
* UAT Facilitation:
Provide expert support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business requirements and regulatory standards are met.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance.
* Domain Knowledge: Previous experience within the Private Health Insurance sector is highly desirable.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with SQL and API testing tools.
* CMS Expertise: Proven background in Digital/CMS testing (AEM experience is highly regarded).
* Automation: Practical experience with automation frameworks, with a preference for Playwright.
* CRM Systems: Functional knowledge of Salesforce or equivalent platforms.
* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical developers and business stakeholders.
