We're Hiring Casual Wait, Bar Staff & Hosts
Trade Waiter
If you're a skilled trade waiter, you'll deliver premium table service. Warmly greeting guests, presenting menus and beverage lists, recommending dishes and pairings, taking accurate food and drink orders, and ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless, high‑standard dining experience from start to finish, supported by strong product knowledge and polished service skills.
Bar Staff
Our bar staff will craft and serve outstanding drinks, engage with guests in the cocktail lounge, maintain the bar area's presentation and atmosphere, and support service during busy times with teamwork, energy and precision.
Hosts
As a host, you'll set the tone for a guest's visit. Greeting arrivals, managing bookings and seating, coordinating the flow between dining and bar areas, and ensuring the guest journey begins with a warm and professional welcome.
Your Day Could Include
* Greeting guests, managing reservations and seating via a smooth and professional host service
* Taking and serving orders in the dining room and bar; presenting menus, upselling where appropriate
* Delivering and describing cocktails and beverages with flair (for bar staff)
* Maintaining the bar area and dining sections to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness
* Ensuring health, safety and hygiene standards are met across service areas
* Supporting your team through busy service periods and contributing to the venue's success and culture
Who We're Looking For
* 2+ year of experience in similar elevated dining/bar environment (Server or Bar Staff or Host roles)
* Host applicants with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and a calm, welcoming presence.
* Passion for outstanding guest service, teamwork, and high standards
* Reliability, flexibility (including evenings/weekends) and a can‑do attitude
* Understanding of bar service and/or dining service operations, and strong awareness of safety & hygiene protocols
